Copycat Burger King Chicken Fries with Dipping Sauce

Freeze chicken until completely frozen, about 1 hour.

Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, thyme, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

In separate bowls, beat eggs, and place cornstarch in another bowl.

Toss chicken with sugar, salt, and MSG if using. Coat in cornstarch, dredge in egg, and then in bread crumb mixture.

Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Mix mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, and honey in a bowl for the dipping sauce.

Arrange chicken fries on a platter and serve with the dipping sauce.
